Refund Policy

We stand behind our products. If you're not satisfied within 30 days of purchase, we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Subscription Plans

Monthly and annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. After 30 days, subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access until the end of the billing period. Renewals are refundable within 7 days if you have not used the service.

Trading Courses

Individual course purchases are refundable within 30 days provided you have completed less than 30% of the course content. Courses purchased as part of a subscription bundle follow the subscription refund policy.

Trading Bots / EAs

Trading bot licenses are refundable within 14 days of purchase if the bot has not been activated on a live trading account. Once a license key has been activated, refunds are not available as the license has been consumed. Requests for technical issues are handled separately.

Managed Accounts

Managed account setup fees are non-refundable once trading has commenced. Your invested capital is always under your control and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the terms of your brokerage account. Baxance's performance fees are only charged on profitable months.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@baxance.com with: your account email, order number, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Crypto refunds may be processed as USD equivalent at current market rate.

Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in cases of: violation of our Terms of Service, accounts banned for fraudulent activity, chargeback disputes (which void the refund policy), or requests made after the stated time limits.
