We collect information you provide directly: name, email, payment details (processed securely via Stripe/PayPal), trading preferences, and support communications. We also automatically collect: IP address, browser type, pages visited, session duration, and device information for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your information is used to: provide and improve our services, process payments, send signal alerts and notifications, deliver course content, provide customer support, prevent fraud, comply with legal obligations, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
3. Data Sharing
We share data only with: payment processors (Stripe, PayPal) for transaction processing, cloud infrastructure providers (AWS, Cloudflare) for service delivery, analytics providers (aggregated, anonymised), and law enforcement when legally required. All third parties are bound by strict data protection agreements.
4. Cookies & Tracking
We use essential cookies for authentication and security, analytics cookies (Google Analytics, anonymised), and preference cookies to remember your settings. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may impact functionality.

7. Data Retention
We retain account data for the duration of your subscription plus 7 years for legal/tax purposes. Trading logs are retained for 5 years. You may request earlier deletion, subject to legal retention requirements.
8. Children's Privacy
Baxance services are not directed at persons under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware of such collection, we will promptly delete the information.
9. International Transfers
Your data may be transferred to servers in the US, UK, and EU. We ensure all transfers comply with GDPR through Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent protections.
